How to make maki sushi

I'm sure that all of you have known about Sushi. Maybe this food also be your favorite food, but do you know how to make it? Check This Out !
1. "The rough nori"

There are the rough and the smooth nori. Smooth section attached to the bamboo rolling mat. Rough part facing up, will be sticking with rice.

 


2. "Stirring Sushi Rice"

  Wet hands with water, grab a handful of rice. Hands should always be wet when making sushi because the rice sticky. But instead when the time held the nori, hands should be in the dry state.


3. "Constructing Sushi"

  Put enough rice on the nori, roll up wide as nori, then stacking the contents according to a one-time diinginkan.Gulung bersama2 with mats, rice and contents rapihkan to get into the nori (use index finger). Roll on to the nori, but the function mat only as a suppressor, when the whole nori rolls like a rice cake is formed, a new mat is made as rollers to press the sushi rolls.


4. "After finish and feel"

Place the fish pieces, stacking with cucumber slices on the base of rice.
